1.Refunds

Process for Refunds

- Provide your order number and the reason for the refund request.
- Once we receive your request, we will inspect the product and notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
- You will receive the credit within a certain number of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
2.Cancellations

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it.

Subscription Cancellations
If you have subscribed to any of our services, you can cancel your subscription at any time. To cancel your subscription, please log in to your account and follow the cancellation instructions, or contact our customer service team.
3.Exchanges
Eligibility for Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team at cs@themillieinstitute.com with your order number and details of the product issue.
4.Return Shipping
Return Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
